Goal

We have developed a proven process for working with extended interdisciplinary teams that harnesses their collective intelligence in a non-intrusive yet effective process for developing a deep understanding of problem context.

This work requires a different - more patient and creative - kind of thinking that accepts the ambiguity and uncertainty attending to complex challenges while respecting the urgent need for solutions.

Our deliverables are designed to foster the interdisciplinary dialog that is required to understand the context of the challenges in global health and generate responsive action plans. These deliverables include:

• Conceptual schemes to identify promising pathways for research and innovation,

• Specifications for requests for information (RFI) and proposals (RFP) to effectively communicate knowledge gaps to research communities in order to solicit their engagement, and

• Question based reviews (QBR) to assess program progress at key decision-making milestones.
